You can easily place your order by sending us an email with the following information:

2. What product(s) you’d like to order
(e.g. weight pull harness, buckle collar, leash, etc.)

3. Your dog’s breed, weight, and measurements
(Or let us know if you need help with measuring – we’ll guide you!)

4. Preferred colors, features or customizations
(e.g. handle, embroidery, logo, extra padding...)

5. Any questions or special requests

We will get back to you shortly to confirm the details, pricing, and delivery time.
All products are made to order, so each piece is tailored just for your dog.

PAYMENT
Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or PayPal.
Once the payment is received, your order will be added to the production queue.
📩 Payment details will be sent to you by email with the order confirmation. 

DELIVERY
📦 Orders within Finland are shipped via Matkahuolto parcel service.
🚗 Pickup available from Vantaa on weekday evenings, by agreement.
🌍 International shipping is available via Posti – ask for a quote when ordering.

Collar measurement guide:
1 - Head circumference at widest point (half-choke)
2 - Tight measurement behind ears
3 - Tight measurement at the widest point of the neck

X-back harness measurement guide (green measurements):
AB - Shoulder blade to tip of sternum
BC - Sternum to front leg measurement 
When viewed from the side, the measurement point is directly behind the front legs.
BD - Sternum to base of tail
The measuring tape is drawn from between the front legs, from the top of the rib to the base of the tail.
AD - Shoulder blade to base of tail
E - Chest circumference (completely around the back of the front legs, marked as red)

Weightpull harness measurement instructions (blue measurements):
AB - Between shoulder blades - tip of sternum
B - Between sternum - Between front legs
When viewed from the side, the measurement point is directly behind the front legs.
BC - Between sternum - approx. half way between ribs
Measure approximately the width of a palm behind the dog's front legs.
BD - Between sternum - Hock
When measuring point D, the measuring tape is pulled from between the front legs to the back leg, while stretching the back leg backwards.
AC - Between shoulder blades - approx. half way between ribs
E - Chest circumference (completely around the back of the front legs, marked as red)
